Subject Matter Expert HR
Responsibilities:
• Analyze People Data Store user access requests and correct when needed before approval S&A action
• Daily handling data service requests and check with Workday and/or SailPoint IdentityIQ to approve/reject so PDS support second line team can work at it
• Daily handling duplicates:
• Generate several reports on regular base regarding the HR Master data in order to check data quality and to identify gaps
• Daily handling value exceptions to split the file per country and arrange service requests in HR Now
• Define manual downloads for interface between systems (eg. Files for Billing Team, Credit-360, E-Miles CONCUR type 350, Fusion / Everest)
• Support to IT in operational incidents and service requests using Service Now
• Support to HR in operational service request in Service Now part HR Now
• Project support if needed
We are looking for:
• Bachelor or Master level
• Strong analytical / IT skills
• Project experience
• Experience with HR processes and tools
• Service mind-set, with a focus on process excellence and data quality
• A proactive mind-set
• 5 years working experience
