Marketing Communications manager (parttime)

Marcom Managers convert BG/ BIU marketing and communication strategies into integrated campaigns for new and existing target markets. They work closely with Product Managers to execute integrated campaigns that span BIUs or BGs. They are responsible for all aspects of the campaigns including identifying partnerships, sourcing vendors, supporting product/solution launches, and maximizing ROI. Marcom Managers need to organize the communications activities and manage the external vendors to ensure completion of the project on schedule, within budget and according to the agreed upon objectives.

This role specifically is in the iBD team, where innovations are brought to the market. Within this group we need support for the segment LUNG marcomplan creation, creation and guidance of marcom briefings to our agencies, management of deadlines and budget and alignment with the key markets for roll out of the created campaign materials

Possible tasks (from USA and EMEA):
a.  Videos creation (workflow)
b.  Customer testimonials
c.  L&R reviewed customer facing slide deck illustrating product portfolio, clinical and economical evidence and brand positioning
d.  Targeted (digital) marketing campaign
e.  Joint material illustrating value/workflow of joint product portfolio
f.  Connect to product department and align messaging around Philips product related portfolio

We are looking for:
A parttime marcom manager who can support in the ad hoc tasks like mentioned above for the iDB team segment LUNG. You are asked to support in the marketing activities as well as being able to support in making a better plan for this activities. The optimal situation would be that ad hoc tasks like these will be planned in the future so it can be anticipated on. Therefore we need someone with operational experience as well as the ability to think about the strategic planning for the future (not high level, but just to get a better planning).
