Logistics/ Supply Chain Manager
The Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) of the Digitial X-Ray (DXR) team is responsible for the end-to-end value stream "plan – source – make – deliver – install" for the Business DXR. In this role, the candidate will act as the Integrated Warehouse Distribution (IWD) Manager for DXR and serve as the primary contact point for all IWD-related topics, including strategy, productivity, processes, and operations.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute an IWD strategy for DXR, including fulfillment model and Warehousing & Logistics requirements, in close alignment with IWD CoE.
Drive IWD productivity for DXR by identifying structural improvements and solutions while optimizing costs within the global process.
Initiate logistic process improvements and cost-saving initiatives and implement them in day-to-day processes.
Align and collaborate with Philips Control towers and logistic service providers with overarching responsibilities in the logistic domain.
Maintain a global view to manage improvements and escalations.
Improve the use of digitalization within the supply chain.
Manage shipment escalations - Upstream & Downstream.
Manage transportation performance for the Business.
Requirements:
Master's degree in a supply chain-related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a high-tech supply chain environment.
Strong track record in managing logistics, including Transport and Distribution management and processes, including import and export.
Proven ability to create strategic insights and develop a strategy.
Ability to drive the process rather than being part of the process.
Experience in handling vast amounts of data and enjoying working with it to create insights.
Practical knowledge of LEAN.

Excellent communication skills in English; additional Dutch is preferred.
