Job description IT specialist Manufacturing IT Drachten
For our big data projects in manufacturing, we are looking for an IT specialist. This specialist has to develop solutions for data gathering by making use of streaming technology and data storage in order to provide the right data to our data analyst/scientist for advanced data analytics. The challenge is to integrate, rearrange and consolidate large volumes of data from many systems, thereby providing a new unified information base for the data analyst.
We are looking for:
• An experienced (min 5 years) IT specialist with knowledge of Oracle databases, C# and Python programming, ETL, data warehousing and BI (preferable Microsoft) NoSQL, web-based user interface development and reporting.
• Somebody with knowledge about data processing to cooperate with our data analyst/scientist in order to develop end-to-end solutions, cloud solutions (Azure), data streaming (Kafka), software development (agile/scrum), working in an industrial environment ( preferable manufacturing), Edge Computing and container technology.
• Somebody with creativity, focus on results, analytical thinking, overview
