IPS Processes and Solutions Specialist - (Freelance)

As IPS Processes & Solutions you are the subject matter expert for all the learning processes in scope of the Global Learning Solutions (GLS) team. We are looking for a temporary replacement for 9 months for this role. You are responsible for the delivery of all the learning processes for the GLS team and you will provide support/guidance in resolution of process related problems and changes. You will also be setting up, managing and applying continuous improvements in the GLS team.

Responsibilities and activities:

Responsible for PPS global learning solutions processes:

• Lead or participate in process design, process design workshops & ensure that the process documentation remains updated- this includes updating the Philips Excellence Process Framework via Aris up to level 7, acting as Aris Business Process Expert for GLS
• Lead or contribute to the development or update of processes & documentation for the deployment of changes, projects, validation bundles and releases in a timely and qualitative manner
• Provide Quality Assurance for PPS global learning solutions processes and documentation
• Apply & drive continuous improvement for PPS global learning solutions processes and coach GLS team as required
• Ensure easy access of GLS team to GLS process documentation by managing GLS process matrix
• Provide process inputs for the validation maintenance plan and other validation related documents
• Ensure that GLS team is trained to the latest wow by managing and quarterly deploying GLS process knowledge curricula
• Joins bi-weekly Philips University process design meetings

The Team

This role is in the HR Global Learning Solutions team that is part of the Human Resources Integrated People Services organization of Philips (IPS). IPS is responsible for the delivery of high quality, timely, cost effective, common and standardized people services to the business. A team of about 40 HR professionals is delivering HR Global Learning Services & Solutions to Philips employees, managers and the Philips University. Some of our HR Learning Services colleagues are employed in one of the regional shared service centers across the world. You will work from the Eindhoven office directly with a team of 20 professionals in Eindhoven (Netherlands) and Pune (India). You will report to the Manager Learning Projects, Change and Releases.

Knowledge and skills:

• Process knowledge and experience
• Process improvement knowledge and experience (trained to Lean or Six Sigma or similar)
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of learning processes and learning environment is a plus
• Knowledge of Aris, experience as Aris designer is a plus
• Structured, accurate and organized
• Pro-active, take ownership and team player
• Bachelor or Master degree with at least 5 years working experience
• Excellent practice / command of English
