Freelance Sales Communications Manager

Job description:

Develops sales communication materials and trainings, including newsletters, aligned with the IGT-S Downstream Marketing's Roadmap to enhance the global sales force efficacy and efficiency.

Works within the Downstream content and engagement team within the IGT-S business to distribute master assets/content aligned with healthcare sales needs, fit for various platforms, and meeting market requirements, ultimately ensuring activation at the local / market level.

Drives consistency in tone of voice with all the marcom generated at IGT level, collaborates with agency partners according to annual agencies SoW and in partnership with internal communications and procurement, and provides ongoing support to elevate marketing and communications strategy.

Delivers content across channels, including sales portals (SharePoint), aimed at boosting sales efficacy and efficiency.

Applies optimizations and standards for effectiveness of the downstream team and campaigns to raise the norms.

The tasks / activities entail:

- Sales Training support 2026 – creation of comms assets for training (event in Feb 2026)

- Bi-weekly newsletter creation (target group sales force) and dispatch via MAPP tool

- Portfolio overview update – needs a refresh.

- Project management and content gathering with product marketeers, then agency to finalize design

- Sales portal asset uploads/removal

- Sales comms email box (maintenance)

- Sales comms emails (webinars, toolkits etc)

- Send Webinar invites

- Do Webinar recording and dispatch/store

- SharePoint creation and maintenance for NHT

- Emails/sales comms support NHT

- Test Panel calls

Hybrid way of working conform Philips Policy (min. 3 days at the office).
