Job Title: Failure Analysis Technician
Job Responsibilities:
Plans and coordinates RGA activities through project trackers and project deliverables.
Analyzes incoming field failure reports and complaints from the TrackWise tool.
Compiles RGA analysis reports, creates dashboards for trend analysis, and prepares periodic reports for PMS (Post-Market Surveillance) activities.
Coordinates between cross-functional teams and supports follow-up System Engineering and Test activities, including triggering MLD and/or PDLM programs as needed.
