E-mail & Content Marketeer PH BNL
In this role you have the opportunity to Set up a consumer acquisition plan as part of the CRM strategy. You will also design and optimize content in the consumer journeys that are part of the brand new consumer engagement program using Sales Force Marketing cloud. In this new role you’ll be part of a pioneering team that is discovering and building a way to the Northstar: Creating a seamless multi-channel platform with tailored communication based on response and behavioural data of our consumers. As the E-mail & Content Marketeer you will work together with the CRM & Audience Manager & Webshop Manager. You know what makes a consumer ‘click’ or ‘open’ an e-mail and are able to perfectly translate customer insights into new (e-mail) campaigns or content. Your mission? Make e-mail a steady top contributor for our Direct-to-Consumer strategy and you will act as e-mail expert in the launch of large promo’s such as Black Friday or Solden. You will also be able to design & optimize new triggered based campaigns like abandon basket or private sales. We are looking for someone with a strong hands-on mentality and a proven track record in e-mail-marketing / CRM and e-commerce, preferably at an large international brand. The ideal candidate has an commercial & agile mindset and is able to work data-driven, has strong copywriting in dutch & has some basic design skills. The candidate should naturally bring order in chaos and has excellent project management skills. Maintaining & creating +100 content blocks and business rules isn’t seen as repetitive. The candidate should have experience with test & learn principles. He or she should know how to define clear next steps when looking at the results of an (e-mail) campaign. Affinity with Philips / Electronics / Health is an absolute pré and he or she should be very talented in creating content with the consumer in mind. You like to take on a challenge and enjoy working in a motivated & action oriented team. We work partly in Amsterdam and Eindhoven (flexible planning is possible). You are responsible for • Coming up with a consumer acquisition plan for bringing +30% opt-ins in 2020 • Design & optimize e-mail campaigns as part of the general engagement strategy with a focus on sales and conversion. • Analyse e-mail performance & implement / share learnings • Standardizing of webshop e-mail campaigns to work more efficiënt • Improving CRM performance of webshop by using loyalty / CLV mechanics • Creation & maintenance of content in Sales Force Marketing Cloud • Further personalize our e-mail communication and integrate with dynamic content where possible You are part of We are growing our eCommerce capability enterprise wide. Requirements• A Masters or Bachelor degree (business, marketing or similar); • At least 2 years’ experience in e-mail marketing • Experience with advanced CRM tooling or implementation • Experience with Content Management Systems and dynamic content • Ability to work at a fast pace with agility • Proven ability to make business decision based on data analysis • Strong project & time management • Ability to influence and build strong working relationships • Considerable business acumen and commercial thinking • Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a strong pro Why should you join Philips?
