Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Communications & Change Manager (Freelance)
The Communications and Change Manager is required to set-up and deliver all communications activities for DMEC as well as to support change management across all DMEC programs by equipping DMEC teams with change management methods.
On Change management
Create and execute the change management strategy that engages people to ensure high levels of adoption of new ways of working and minimize resistance.
Work in close collaboration with program team, (local) counterparts in markets/businesses/functions and key other stakeholders to execute the change management plan
Guide/enable counterparts and stakeholders on the successful deployment and adoption across the organization
Apply the Philips Change Management methodology to support the program in engaging, transitioning and sustaining the change
Identify and collect key metrics in order to measure the effectiveness landing the change within program, projects, EPIC backlog (e.g. usage/adoption).
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Actively participate and contribute to knowledge sharing within global Change Management Community of Practice
Develop and execute strategies and messages, including copywriting, to support effective, timely and accurate communications to internal and external stakeholders
Enable two-way conversation to collect ideas and drive initiatives to increase employee engagement, inspiration, motivation on key topics; organization and process optimization across DMEC (bottom-up; top-down)
Identify and collect key metrics in order to measure the effectiveness of the communication program
