Digital Conversion Optimization Specialist (CRO)

Must have items
•   Highly proficient in web analytics, user testing and A/B testing
•   Strong knowledge of one or more data analysis testing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Test&Target)
•   Great knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices. A proven track-record of dramatically increasing conversion
•   Broad knowledge of website and marketing technology and strong analytical skills. S/he must be a collaborative, open communicator skilled at a process-oriented approach to providing a consistent and reliable, user-centric web experience.
•   Fluent in English (written & verbal)

Nice to have items
•   A background in psychology or human behavior
•   Digital proficiency, knowledge of HTML (CSS and JavaScript is a an extra asset)
•   Good project management skills; driving projects with high exposure
