Data Specialist Pricing
Serves as the primary coordinator and support person for data coordination, management and reporting including accurate preparation and integration of data between systems, development of reports and dashboards, preparing data for required reports, and troubleshooting
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Gather data from various sources and compile into a useable format to analyse and present results
• Ensure data is accurately and consistently maintained and troubleshoot inconsistencies
• Maintains procedural knowledge of guidelines for data reporting as well as technical knowledge of the systems used
• Performs database and application integration and interchanges between locally developed systems and vendor-supplied applications
• Manages data loading and maintenance of data
• Maintains reporting tools and prepares accurate reports for staff
• Develops and manages internal data-integrity, system designs, business-logic rules and procedures for operational and business data

• Performs, as an experienced Data Specialist, assignments that require broad consultation of specialists to get a clear view on WHAT has to be delivered and complex analysis of the available data in order to decide HOW to best carry out the assignment.
• Finds solutions by involving data from multiple resources using Root Cause Analysis
• Takes initiative and identifies problems in actual way of working, formulates alternatives and recommendations; develops and introduces new supporting subprocesses and improves existing processes
• Initiates & runs small improvement projects
• Acts as an informal resource or (functional) supervisor for less experienced colleagues
