Customer Domain Functional Expert
We are looking for a DFE who can help with the customer cleansing activities in Trillium. In this role you are responsible for data cleansing before customer mapping is done in Trillium. Trillium has Qlik connection to SFDC and SAP which is the input data. And also there is external customer list. Trillium expert will map external to internal customer list. DFE has to review and improve the accuracy.
* Capabilities: Commercial catalog, contract management, pricing, quotes, billing
* IT Systems: SAP, Trillium and SFDC
* Data domains: Customer master data
Your key areas of responsibilities include
* Coordination of the cleanup activities
* Analysis of the customer data set in SAP and Trillium
* Validate and drive data cleansing and preparation based on rules by BIEs and orphan data/construction, engaging with business and BPEs who are the owner of the data
The max. rate for this role is €85
