As Change Manager you are part of the eDMR project that standardizes and harmonizes the way of working with regards to the Catalogs used within Philips Healthcare worldwide. Specific knowledge in the area of Configuration Management is crucial. The way of working now is very diverse and scattered throughout the company with a diversity of tools used. For this assignment it is crucial that the candidate has profound experience in the area of stakeholder management. Has a strong appearance and excellent communication skills. In situations with different interest and change adversity, the candidate finds (other) ways to achieve the goal.
Must have:
• Project Management skills
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills (persuasiveness
• Experience with Data Management or BI
• SAP VC experience or equivalent in the Configuration Management area
Nice to have:
• Earlier assignments within Philips Healthcare
• Experience with O365
