Starting in 2012, the Philips Real Estate strategy has been to bring the Philips Innovation Campus in Best to modern standards and make it fit for the future being a major R&D and Industrial hub. As part of this strategy the transformation of the MR office building is about to start.
Starting point is “Open and Connected”:

As Change Manager, you play a key role in the execution of this transformation for the MR organization.

Your Responsibilities:
•   Define and execute the communication- and change management plan with all relevant stakeholders
•   Manage the cultural change as part of the transformation
•   Work with the different teams on the housing requirements for MR
•   Work with the different teams to adapt the way of working given the new office environment
•   Work with the architect and Real Estate on the floor layout plans and further detail the related transformation/building plans and activities
•   Planning and execution of all MR related housing activities
•   Determine required resources (manpower, equipment, budget, etc.)
•   Manage changes within the budget
•   Monitor and report on progress of activities and ensure deadlines will be met
•   Manage team responsible for 6S activities

Your Profile:
•   Proven experience as Change/Project Manager
•   Excellent organizational and time-management skills
•   Able to work under pressure to meet project time lines
•   Understand construction procedures and project management principles
•   Perfect command of both written and spoken English
