The team

The Finance business partner team in I&S is a high performing finance team with senior financial supporting and being the co-driver as financial business partner for the General manager. Experience Design is at the heart of our company, shaping the way people experience our brand, products and services. In fact, everything you see from Philips has been designed. Supporting Experience design Philips means you are dedicated in a very creative mindset and culture and which contributes to all clusters of Philips.

Key areas of responsibilities

Co-manage the BU/Category, function, industry operations or innovation portfolio and support strategic decisions by means of sound business analysis (bus. modeling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis, etc.)

Bluehaert transformation from Finance perspective and support

Blumenau FTEs in Design financially are reporting in the business need to be shifted to design with fiscal boundaries taken into account

Ad hoc travel requests guidelines from and give direction to design directors and assistants

Work closely with support office in tariff communication, financial dashboards

Monitor the financial position of the Business, Function, Industry operations or Innovation activities. Identifies risks and opportunities to current financial projections and takes corrective actions where needed (e.g., margin improvement, cost improvements, productivity improvement).

Coordinate and leads the Monthly Business Review Meeting, RoFo and AOP reviews, reports and analysis. (TSR, Pre-MEC)

To succeed in this role, the following skills and experience are desired

1) Master degree Finance preferred with CMA or RC

2) Experience in finance business partnering

3) Experience with SAP FICO and Projects

4) Philips knowledge is a pre

5) Experience in cliqview, Planisware IT Tools

6) Be flexible, pragmatic and hands-on mentality
