Description of the work package:
• Support business and function leaders in Philips OHC in Whitening strategy review
• Develop materials for a strategy read-out to senior management before end Nov
• Conduct market and competitive research to understand changes to strategic landscape
• Manage stakeholders and schedule frequent interactions to gather inputs
• Synthesize inputs and communicate (via power point) in crisp, impactful way
Resource profile: 1 FTE, strategist level CG60/70
Competencies (for grade 60/70): Typical experienced consultant profile:
• 3-5 years of strategy consulting experience, preferably at a top-tier consulting firm
• Independent worker that owns and drives analysis work streams, guided by the Group Strategy leadership team
• Conducts high quality, meaningful, evidence-based business analyses; can structure/synthesize information and present this in a compelling way in PowerPoint charts/ slides
• Builds and communicates actionable strategy recommendations
Good to have:
• Past experience of working with Philips or with Philips Group Strategy team
• Experience or knowledge of Philips consumer businesses
• Deep knowledge of health systems/ medical experience not needed
