As Operations Support manager, you will focus on coordinating a smooth delivery & support process improvements for the service offering "Technology Maximizer" together with the markets, businesses and supporting processes.

Contribute to the Philips strategy of transforming into a Solutions company together with Markets, businesses and key stakeholders in the delivery process of a new offering "Technology Maximizer".



You are responsible for

To enable the success of the Service offering Technology Maximizer the Operations support manager is the contact person who interacts with the key stakeholders in the service delivery and supporting processes.


You will be responsible for;

-I2M interaction - align commercial product data with BU product owner, Central Upstream and downstream marketing, Market product owners

-M2O interaction - pricing, T&Cs, update/maintain Quoting tooling incl. sales text and CFD

-O2C interaction - master data setup, tool updates, IT tooling in Philips IT landscape

-Process / framework preservation (alignment BIU / Markets)

-BU interaction - NPI product data for TM to create sales orders

-CFC/GBS interaction - manage order package creation process

-Market interaction - share entitlement list, central support for operational questions

-BIU Reporting - monthly extract QlikView

-Market Reporting - monthly extract QlikView

This role will be part of the New Services Development Operations Team in Best, Netherlands.


The New Services Development Operations team is part of the Service Development and innovation organization within Philips Services and Solutions Delivery. Our priority is to deliver new services and solutions and enabling capabilities to Markets, BGs and stakeholders throughout Philips.


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

-   Bachelor or Master degree in business or technical field and at least 5 years of experience managing and improving supply chain/operational delivery processes;

-   Broad understanding of Supply chain and Operations processes (e.g. Supply chain, Market operations, Customer fulfillment, Customer service);

-   Self starter with a hands-on character and can do mentality;

-   Good social skills and can communicate with different functions and able to align and resolve issues.

-   Problem solver - Understands and applies key continuous improvement methods (Lean Six Sigma);

-   Analytical and can create reports for monitoring the delivery process;
