•   Resourcing: 1 FTE
•   Seniority: 1 FTE: Strategist level 70 (work experience of 5+ years, with minimum 3 years of pure-strategy consulting experience)
•   Duration: 3 months (starting ASAP), Some travel to US may be involved (5-10%)

•   Project overview: This project is about finding new avenues of growth for Philips Avent (Mother & Child Care) brand by exploring new channels including professional (i.e. Health systems). For this, we would like to conduct a Customer (e.g. nurses/ hospitals) need space assessment regarding the gaps and needs with respect to infant care portfolio in NICU and maternity ward. We then assess the findings and work with various teams to validate and operationalize recommendations.

•   Description of the work package:
o   Work will involve synthesizing and structuring findings from various internal and external interviews
o   Use input to plan and facilitate workshop discussions
o   Synthesize inputs from workshop and communicate (via power point) in crisp, impactful way
o   Manage stakeholders and schedule frequent interactions to gather inputs
o   Develop materials for a strategy read-out to senior management in September/ October

•   Competencies
o   3-7 years of strategy consulting experience and/or experience in Mother & Child Care domain
o   Independent worker that owns and drives analysis work streams, guided by the Group Strategy leadership team
o   Conducts high quality, meaningful, evidence-based business analyses; can structure/synthesize information and present this in a compelling way in PowerPoint charts/ slides
o   Builds and communicates actionable strategy recommendations
o   Good to have:
   Past experience of working with Philips or with Philips Group Strategy team
   Experience or knowledge of Philips’ consumer businesses like Mother & Child Care (Avent) or Oral Health Care (Sonicare)
